**Job description**:

- This position is for a** Senior** **Java Developer** to join our CodeHQ Vietnam team in HCMC (Quan 12).
- You will be part of an exciting team composed of both local and offshore talent, working on challenging software projects for our New Zealand clients.
- Interviews are online or optionally at our CodeHQ office in QTSC, District 12.
- 14-day annual leave and 4-day sick leave

**Your skills and experience**:

- Essential dev skills:_
- Strong Java backend skills
- Java 17 and above
- Spring boot framework
- Experience with Event Driven technologies like Kafka or RabbitMQ or similar.
- Experience in developing modern cloud native RESTful microservices.
- Able to produce clean and readable code.
- Preferred dev skills:_
- Frontend development with Reactjs
- HELM charts for CI/CD deployment automation.
- Unit testing, integration testing for B/E and F/E development.
- Experience working in a container orchestration platform like Kurbenetes and OpenShift
- Experience working in cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Essential soft skills:_
- Good English communication skills, both verbal and written. IELTS certification preferred.
- Strong team player, positive attitude, and professionalism.
