We are looking for R&D Supervisor (Software Design for Washing Machine) for R&D Center in Hung Yen Factory, details as below:

- Plan software development for each project
- Develop new features or change the washing machine program based on existing software when receiving change requests
- Create development documents and compile test documents to confirm software quality
- Solve problems arising during and after the development process
- Make weekly report
- Support team members to solve issues if any
- Other tasks as assignedYOUR BENEFIT

**Yêu cầu công việc**:

- Bachelor Degree in Technical/Software/Electronics and related majors
- Have 4-5 years of experience in embedded programming in C language and deep knowledge of electronic circuits. Experience in BLDC motor control is advantage
- Have ability to read and understand technical documents and configure new MCUs (microcontroller units)
- Intermediate English (Japanese is a plus)
- Good command of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Willing to work under very high pressure
- Careful & attention to details
- Quick action, responsible and team spirit
