The Operation teams at Shopee covers the operational end-to-end process, from when the buyer searches for a product listed on the Shopee platform, to the moment the buyer receives the products. The team analyses and monitors operational KPIs across the region and conducts root cause analysis when operation performance fluctuates. The Operations team comprises Customer Service, Payment, Listings, Warehouse, Logistics, Seller Operations and Fraud.
- 1. Understanding flow & room for improvement: Identify which causing delay/longer lead time during:

- (1) Payment.
- (2) Driver assignment.
- (3) Merchant lead-time.
- (4) Pick-up time.
- (5) Delivery time.
- (6) Waiting at buyer delivery address
- 2. Planning:

- Leadtime improvement and ATA accuracy with KPI breakdown on distance range level
- Work with Supply & Demand to plan for increasing % of short distance orders

**Requirements**:

- Strong analytical and strategic planning skills to forecast and optimize demand for short distance plan.
- Experience in payment systems or digital transactions.
- Expertise in logistics optimization, driver assignment algorithms, and routing accuracy technologies.
- Innovative mindset to propose and implement time-saving delivery mechanisms
