**Location**: Khu công nghiệp Long Đức, Long Thành, Đồng Nai

**Remuneration package**:

- Contractual basis.
- Basic gross salary VND26,000,000/month.
- 13rd month salary.
- Bonus when KPI achieved approx. 10% of yearly income
- Insurances by Vietnamese law.
- Allowances: business trip & telephone fee & Overtime
- Main responsibility to operate the Service Center (sharpening tools - sawblades,
router cutters, drills, knives...)
- Assure smooth operation of service facility with 2 key functions including
Maintenance of the machines & Production optimization both productivity &
economically.
- Collaborate with Service Specialist as a function team to make sure the Service
Center runs smoothly.
- Responsible for On-site training courses for internal team and customers.
- Take care and solve Quality complaints.
- HSEQ for Service Center.
**Job KPI**:

- Service turnover responsibility (60%)
- Less than 5% complaint rate from re-sharpening jobs (30%)
- Successful business conversion from service to new tools (10%)
- Quarterly report on Service Efficiency & Maintenance Program

Qualifications and Requirements:

- Engineering degree in Mechanical.
- Understand AutoCAD & technical drawings
- At least 2 years experiences in CNC machines operation
- Good English communication
- Experience in tooling industries either metal or wood is preferable
- Positive thinking / Work in team
- Able to work independently with self-motivated
- Able to travel up-country & abroad
- Living at DONG NAI province is a MUST
- Working from Mon - Sat every week.
- Willing to work overtime as required

**Salary**: 25,000,000₫ - 26,000,000₫ per month
