**ABOUT RAKSUL and JOSYS**

Josys is a global B2B SaaS platform for new-age businesses to radically simplify, optimize and secure their IT operations around employee IT lifecycle management.

**JOB DESCRIPTION**
- With a presence in Japan, India, the US, Singapore, and Vietnam, we seek a QA Manager with 10+ years in Quality Assurance, particularly in B2B SaaS. The role demands experience in cloud-based automated testing, proficiency in Cypress, JavaScript, TypeScript, and familiarity with modern automation technologies.

**Responsibility**
- Lead quality assurance across all product aspects, ensuring top-notch software delivery.
- Manage and mentor team of engineers, focusing on personnel development, training, and evaluation.
- Define and implement quality strategies, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Collaborate across teams to embed quality in the development process.
- Innovate and improve testing methodologies for efficiency and effectiveness.

**Your skills and experience**:

- Proficiency in spoken English is required to collaborate with international stakeholders.
- 10+ years in automated testing for cloud-hosted SaaS, with leadership experience.
- Expertise in Cypress, JavaScript, TypeScript.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
- Experience in product companies and agile environments preferred.
