Chief Accountant

(Mức lương: 20 - 25 triệu VNĐ)
- Organize and oversee financial accounting processes to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Prepare and issue various financial statements and reports routinely.
- Conduct financial analysis to reflect the business results in a timely manner.
- Establish and enhance financial management systems to optimize operations.
- Monitor and manage costs, budgeting, and forecasting to support company growth.
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure financial strategies align with business
- objectives.
- Provide leadership and training to the accounting team to promote professional development.
- Ensure compliance with local tax regulations and financial reporting standards.
- Assist in the annual audit process and liaise with external auditors.
- Continuously identify areas for improvement in financial processes.

**Yêu cầu công việc**:

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting or finance management.
- Bachelor degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA certification is preferred.
- Strong understanding of financial reporting and regulatory frameworks.
- Proven experience in managing a team and improving financial systems.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data.
- Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word).
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, in Mandarin and Vietnamese.
- Detail-oriented with a high level of integrity and confidentiality.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
