**Key Responsibilities**:
As a Group Curriculum Coordinator, you will be responsible for overseeing the curriculum development and quality assurance processes across all campuses. This role requires strong leadership and teamwork skills to ensure effective communication, strategic planning, and continual improvement in teaching and learning. You will also play a key role in professional development, data analysis, and resource management, ensuring alignment with the company’s values and goals.

**Curriculum & Quality Assurance**:

- Produce assessments for all campuses that are appropriate to each course of study, ensuring that assessment is both regular and thorough, and that full records are kept in accordance with the school’s assessment policy.
- Analyze examination results and other key student data points, prepare stakeholder-specific/appropriate reports, and cascade information to those stakeholders through relevant and applicable channels.
- Identify strategic priorities for development within the curriculum and/or associated grades. Work with campuses to implement agreed company strategic goals in these areas.
- Actively participate in the regular monitoring and quality assurance of the curriculum across all campuses.
- Actively participate in admissions and marketing events as required.
- Work with campus Lab Technicians to execute regular inventory of Cambridge curriculum Science equipment and facilities.
- Ensure all members of the team have completed required training and immediately resolve any issues relating to student Health & Safety arising from participation in Science classes.
- Work with campus operations management to support the training of Lab Techs.

**Teaching**:
This post includes a teaching load that may be a Fixed Schedule, Substitution, or a combination of both. The teaching load is up to 40% of the total working load.

**Other Duties**:

- Participate in Parent/Teacher meetings, school events, graduation ceremonies, and other public events, marketing, and promotional activities/events as assigned by the Academic Leadership Team.
- Attending professional conferences, seminars, and workshops; deliver presentations on behalf of the Company as and when required.
- Other duties as assigned by your Line Manager and the Academic Leadership Team.

**Your background and experience**:
This is a certified position that requires you to have a recognised teaching qualification. Please note that you must have the following qualifications to be considered:

- **Bachelors **or **Masters** in Education** or
- Have proven success in teaching Science in a UK Curriculum school with at least 5-years' general experience.
