- Uses tools and procedures for managing incidents.
- From the description of the problem raised, contact users to understand the problem/the error; try to simulate the issue; ask for sharing screen or call user if needed to analyze the issue; then try to resolve the incident based on the procedure given.
- Capitalize the knowledges and share it with the team. Escalade the ticket to other support groups if additional skills are required

**What We Find?**
- Have 1-3 years experience
- Motivation, responsiveness, interpersonal, analytical, self-study.
- Competent at office software, including Word and Excel.
- Sense of service and customer
