1. Managing Office Supplies and Equipment
- Receive request from other departments and make detailed purchasing plan to Shopping Mall and office.
- Control and plan for purchasing stationary, furniture/equipment, and office supply.
- Manage the usage of office supplies and equipment; ensure that provide timely and in sufficient quantity.
- Manage company’s and internal asset, periodically check the quality and quantity of asset, make periodical report of asset inventory
- Manage pest control service
- Manage Staff canteen

2. Document Management
- Update, store, manage contracts and administrative documents.
- Work with other departments to complete administrative procedures.

3. Managing and Processing payment for monthly administrative expenses
- Monitor, plan, and ensure timely payment of administrative expenses such as taxi fee, vehicle, office supplies, meal fee, parking fee, etc.
- Prepare reports on monthly administrative expenses

4. Mall Operation Support
- Liaise with relevant departments to collect monthly electric, water, gas index, quantity of staff cards, POP of tenants. Input data deduction on sales management system IRIS.
- Issue Debit note for Fix rent Tenant.
- Liaise with relevant parties to claim insurance for any accidents in tenants’ stores/Shopping Mall within Lotte’s responsibility.

5. Other tasks as assigned by Team Leader & Manager

1. Education: Bachelor degree required; A degree in business, administrative, accounting or a related field is preferred

2. Experience: At least 3 year of experience in an administrative position

3. Abilities:

- Knowledge of expense management and payment of administrative costs
- Proficient in MS Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Fluency in English
- Time management skills, Good communication skills, Quick problem-solving, and flexibility
- Careful, responsible, good at teamwork and able to work under high pressure
