**About the Job**:
**I. General information**:

- Job Title: Process Engineer
- Report to: Technology
- Working Location: Phu My 3 Specialized Industrial Park, Ba Ria & Vung Tau Province, Vietnam (Shuttle bus will be provided from 3 locations: Ho Chi Minh City, Bien Hoa City, and Vung Tau City)

**II. Summary of the role**:

- To develop, optimize, and sustain manufacturing processes for electronics & electrical assembly products, specifically for Navigation & Piloting systems and Oil & Gas transfer solutions. This role ensures product quality, cost-efficiency, and compliance with technical and safety standards throughout the product lifecycle.

**III. Tasks & Responsibilities**:

- **Process Management**
- Define and optimize process parameters for electronics & electrical assembly (e.g., soldering, PCB mounting, cable harnessing).
- Plan and validate manufacturing capacity, cycle times, and standard work for each product and process.
- Improve and sustain production efficiency by optimizing processes, layouts, and material flow.
- PCB management: Review and improve PCB designs in collaboration project engineers, coordinate with suppliers for PCB fabrication and assembly, ensure PCB designs meet industry standards and product specifications.
- Develop and maintain accurate BoMs, routings, and product master data in the ERP system.
- Prepare process documentation including process flows, work instructions (WI), one-point lessons (OPL), and plant layouts.
- Ensure all process documentation complies with ISO 9001 and internal quality standards.
- Monitor and control inventory levels of components and materials used in electronics assembly.
- Collaborate with supply chain and finance teams to support product cost estimation and cost reduction initiatives.
- Analyze material usage and scrap data to identify cost-saving opportunities.

**New Product Introduction (NPI) and Supply Development**
- Support the introduction of new products from prototype to mass production.
- Work closely with product design and project engineering teams to review and improve product specifications.
- Provide technical support to production teams and train operators on new processes and equipment.
- Support supplier development and technical reviews for outsourced electronics manufacturing.

**Quality, Compliance & Product testing**
- Collaborate with Quality to define inspection criteria and support root cause analysis and corrective actions.
- Support hands-on resolution of customer complaint issues in collaboration with Quality and Engineering teams.
- Conduct functional testing of devices after assembly and commissioning to ensure performance and reliability.
- Maintain test documentation and ensure traceability of test results.

**Continuous Improvement & Training**
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean, Six Sigma, and Kaizen methodologies.
- Train production personnel on process changes, best practices, and equipment usage.
- Bachelor’s degree, major in electrical, electronics, automation or similar field
- More than 4 years’ experience in electrical/electronics industry in product or process engineering
- Manufacturing Excellence/Lean practices is preferred
- Engineering ability of electrical or electronics products or processes.
- Be familiar with related engineering software (AutoCAD, E-plan, etc) and be able to read and understand electrical drawings.
- Knowledge of programming & testinng(e.g. C++, VB, PLC, micro-processing) is a plus
- Ability of data collection and analysis for process performance follow up and improvement
- Familiarity with ISO 9001, Lean Manufacturing, and Six Sigma principles.
- Good English communication.
