**Mô Tả Công Việc**:
**Responsibility for Implementation**
- GAP analysis with core implementation partner.
- GAP analysis with partner banks.
- Analyzing and evaluating responsiveness of the core system in accordance with Timo's business and development goals.
- Establish existing and future transactions of Timo Digital Bank.
- Coordinate with partners to implement, test, test and accept products / features of the core system.
- Transforming processes and data on the partner bank core system with the new core system.
- Analyze, build test scripts, perform testing, confirm and evaluate test results.
- Participate in training and development of training materials for users of the Core system.

**Operational responsibility**
- Responsible for supporting and operating CMS, Core Bank, Core Card, C-OPS systems...
- Check, monitor and operate the system to ensure stable and continuous operation
- Coordinate with implementation partners and partner banks to handle problems related to the system
- The focal point to receive, process and answer support requests from relevant departments.
- Coordinate with other departments inside and outside the IT sector to improve products.
- Researching and implementing new products on Core Banking system.
- Check for errors arising on the system.
- Participate in other works, projects according to assigned requirements.
- Research and implement core banking technologies
- Develop management information reports and dashboard using business objects, crystal report and other applicable tools.

**Advantage factor**
- Know programming languages Java, Python,
- Used to work through MongDB, Casandra.....

**Yêu Cầu Công Việc**:
**Professional requirements**
- Experience in implementing core banking in banks.
- Understand the knowledge of the Bank's organizational structure and operations, policies and procedures related to the support and operation.
- Be knowledgeable about the products and services of the Bank or Digital Banking.
- Good in SQL structured query languages.
- Worked through one of the database systems: Oracle, Maria DB,....
- Implementation and management experience of Core Banking Software (Finacle particularly) very desirable.
- Demonstrated expertise in Solution architecture and system development life cycle
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Working knowledge of system testing
- Knowledge of Agile development framework
- Knowledge of business reporting tools such as business object, crystal report and reporting writing
- Ability to communicate and function in a culturally diverse and change oriented setting;
