**ABOUT THE POSITION**
- Create checklists that cover all relevant aspects of an asset per project.
- Set up a review process where artists submit their assets and conduct reviewing, checking for errors regarding basic standards or project specification.
- Provide constructive feedback to team members based on the review results.
- Encourage iterative improvements until the asset meets the required standards.
- Partner with other supervisors (Art Director, Art Lead, Tech Supervisor) to figure out issues during production.
- Create tools to help with reviewing the assets.
- Education: Bachelor, Associate Degree or Advanced Diploma of any relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Information Technology,)
- Knowledge of any DCC software (3DS Max and/or Maya) may also be considered.
- Good communication skills, as well as English reading.
- Excellence in learning new software and tools.
