**Core Responsibilities**

**-**Maintain LEGO Moulds in proper conditions to guarantee a reliable production output.

**-**Perform preventive maintenance to Moulds based on daily planning log and priorities for systematic cleaning and end of order.

**-**Preventive cleaning to arrival Moulds.

**-**Mould storage in the correct rack, scan location and system update.

**-**Report immediately to shift leader of any colleague with higher skills any problem detected in the mould during the preventive maintenance process.

**-**Troubleshooting of minor problems with Moulds running in production.

**-**Open and close orders in MaintainIT registering accurate man time related to the work performed.

**-**Quality: High focus on First Time Through, do It right the first time.

**-**Learning: In everyday basis, different types of Moulds, components, platforms, problem solving.

**-**Caring: Support the company’s priorities by caring about his/her safety and also caring about team mates.

**-**5S to work station and rest of the Mould Maintenance areas.

**Do you have what it takes?**

**-**Degree in engineering mechanical is a plus.**

**-**Soft skills (communication, feedbacks, organization, systematic approach).**

**-**Process thinking.**

**-**Problem Solving.**

**-**Traveling (occasionally, based on business needs).**

**-**Time flexibility (sometimes support for weekend shifts needed).**

**-**Able to communicate in English.**
