**Mô tả công việc**:

- Prepare a list of students, notify class schedules and track
- Remind class schedules
- Prepare office, documents & papers for the lesson
- Prepare advance & pay for lunch - dinner for classes
- Support hotel reservations for employees in the province
- Book classrooms and arrange tables and chairs, presentation equipment
- Attend attendance, observe, note information and take photos during the lesson
- Support students to complete the online course on LMS
- Monitor, remind, collect lessons after the lesson and evaluate after training
- Store information about training classes (notes, study materials, attendance, costs, assessment results...)

**Yêu cầu công việc**:
**Job Requirements**
- At least 3-month Full-time Internship (flexible working hours accepted)
- 3rd/4th year students or fresh graduates in Human Resources, Foreign Trade, Business Administration or related major
- Computering skills and English certification (preferable)
