Partnerships Specialist, Vietnam

**General Purpose**:
As a Partnerships Specialist, reporting to the Partnerships Manager SEA, you will be responsible for marketing activities that Elgato engages in for the Southeast Asian markets with a focus on Vietnam. You will work with colleagues in multiple locations and teams to coordinate plans, manage activations, track budgets and develop our strategy. Your role will also involve forging and maintaining relationships with creators and influencers across platforms to ensure we have the right ambassadors and coverage for our brand. You should be comfortable working in a fast-paced industry spanning multiple time zones and disciplines to ensure Elgato is positioned for success.

**Position Summary, Responsibilities and Expectations**:
The partnerships team is the cornerstone of our marketing operation, and works with hundreds of creators worldwide to promote and spread awareness of Elgato products. Our mission is to empower content creators everywhere. Be part of the team that makes this happen.

What you'll be doing:

- Execute and oversee partnerships/influencer campaigns surrounding product launches.
- Collaborate with local agencies or teams to support on-ground activations, creator meetups, or Elgato product showcases in Vietnam.
- Support localization of Elgato campaigns and ensure content aligns with regional culture and trends.
- Grow, expand and diversify our roster of talented partners in Vietnam, and other Southeast Asian regions, such as Malaysia, Singapore and Indonesia
- Nurture mutually beneficial partnerships with key content creators in the region.
- Plan, organize and create reports covering promotional activity, web traffic and campaigns.
- Coordinate with key retailers to align and realize collaborative marketing activations.
- Work closely with Sales and BD teams to ensure creator campaigns align with brand and business goals.
- Identify trends in the online world and create action plans.
- Understand and present insight into the market, as well as provide advice on how the company may maximize its marketing and product offerings.
- Travel to events and promote Elgato to visitors, partners and acquaintances.

**Essential Skills and Experience**:

- 2+ years of experience in partnerships/ influencer marketing.
- Strong understanding of content creation/ the creator economy across all platforms.
- Passion for user generated content, whether it’s YouTube, Twitch, TikTok, etc.
- Great organizational, project management and communication skills.
- Confident and motivated team player with a strong desire to achieve.
- Ability to manage multiple projects at a time and self-prioritize while meeting deadlines.
- Ability to accomplish tasks and reach goals through teamwork and collaboration.
- Experience working in tech, gaming, or creator-focused industries is highly desirable.
- Strong grasp of Vietnam’s digital content culture and local creator landscape.
- Fluency in Vietnamese and English are a must, additional languages are beneficial.
