**MÔ TẢ CÔNG VIỆC**:
**1. Report and analyze the business performance of the branch (40%)**
- Synthesize, analyze, and evaluate operational data, results of implementing targets, CN solutions according to assigned tasks, and report results periodically/unusual (upon request) to superiors
- Process, analyze information/data, and conduct periodic reports to evaluate the branch's operational situation and business performance by product line and channel (MT and GT).
- Participate and monitor assigned projects at the branch & Company

**2. Strategic management (40%)**
- Participate in building goals - KPIs and solutions for the branch and units
- + Propose to the Board of Directors on building goals - targets, solutions for the branch_
- + Coordinate with units to build goals - KPIs, solutions & action plans of units under the branch._
- Operational control:

- + Communicate instructions on the implementation of KPIs and solutions for units_
- + Control the implementation process of goals - targets, solutions of branches and units_
- + Evaluate implementation results, identify causes and effectiveness_
- + Support units in the process of implementing the action plan that has been developed_
- + Propose improvement plans, adjust targets/ solutions, and implementation methods of units according to the common goals of the company_
- + Monitor the implementation of the instructions of the Board of Directors/ Board of Directors to the assigned units and the implementation results._

**3. Review the financial indicators of the system (10%)**
- Review the criteria for evaluating the performance of the system (financial, business, customer indicators)

**4. Other tasks under the direction of the General Director (10%)**

Perform the assigned tasks on the software program correctly.

**YÊU CẦU CÔNG VIỆC**:
**Qualifications - experience**:

- College degree or higher in Business Administration, Economics, or related majors
- At least 03 years in a position related to construction, performance management (KPIs), or business/financial analysis...

**Job skills**:

- Proficiency in office computers (word, excel, PowerPoint) and data analysis tools
- Ability to organize and arrange work
- Build and manage KPIs
- Analyze large data, manage work according to plan, use technology in work, prepare and present reports

**Soft skills**:

- Ability to negotiate and persuade; Good communication skills, understanding of customer psychology.
- Sharp in management and handling situations
