**Function**:
PRODUCTION & OPERATIONS - AGRONOMIC PRODUCTION

**Main Goal**:
Maintain a good relationship with the grower network through visits, workshops and technical process training

**Job description**:
1- Maintain a good relationship with the grower network through visits, workshops and technical process training
2- Training on the field and supervising the process of preparing soil of growers on time
3- Sowing in production office and supply seedling them to growers
4- Training on the field and monitoring the process of transplanting, caring plant of growers for the right technique and on time
5- Guide and monitor farmers to fertilize, water in the right amount and timing as the process
6- Regular field visits, detection of pests and diseases to provide timely solutions for growers
7- Managing seed purity through take out off type plants, training - monitoring growers' pollination and harvest process

**Skills: what we expect of you**:
1- Bachelor's degree in Horticultural / Agricultural sciences or similar area
2- Experience is an advantage but not required
