**1. MÔ TẢ CÔNG VIỆC**Triển khai các thiết bị và giải pháp mạng, bảo mật (Router, Switch, Firewall, IPS, LB, WAF, Wi-fi, SDWAN, NAC,...)- Thiết lập và cấu hình các thiết bị IT khác như DNS, CDN, NTP server, network broker, Voice IP, server.- Tìm hiểu, đánh giá thử nghiệm, POC các sản phẩm và giải pháp cung cấp- Sẵn sàng ứng cứu khi hệ thống khách hàng gặp sự cố nhằm đảm bảo hệ thống hoạt động thông suốt 24/7 trong và sau khi triển khai.- Lên tài liệu hỗ trợ kỹ thuật cho các dự án (VD hướng dẫn sử dụng thiết bị hoặc dịch vụ triển khai).- Các công việc khác theo yêu cầu của Trưởng BP.

**2. YÊU CẦU**Tốt nghiệp Đại học chuyên ngành Công nghệ thông tin, Điện tử viễn thông,... hoặc các chuyên ngành liên quan.- Từ 2 năm kinh nghiệm triển khai/vận hành network và các hệ thống công nghệ thông tin khác- Kiến thức tốt về Mạng và Bảo mật (tối thiểu CCNA). Ứng viên có CCNP/JNCIP cũng như các chứng chỉ LPI trở lên là lợi thế- Tiếng Anh khá (đọc hiểu tài liệu chuyên ngành, giao tiếp tiếng Anh cơ bản).- Kỹ năng giao tiếp cá nhân tốt, có thể làm việc hiệu quả trong môi trường nhóm khi cần thiết.- Kỹ năng giải quyết vấn đề và xử lý sự cố.- Cẩn thận, chịu khó, chăm chỉ. Sẵn sàng đi công tác khi có yêu cầu- Cầu thị, ham học hỏi, đam mê công nghệ
