**Reports To**: The Fresher Product Owner will report to the Development Manager
**Job Overview**: Defining product vision and managing product development process, ensuring that the product meets customer needs.
**Responsibilities and Duties**:
- Communication with internal and external stakeholders.
- Develop, manage and communicate your team’s roadmap aligned with strategic business and product vision.
- Create and communicate the Product Backlog and keep it well organized, manage enhancement requests and feature prioritization.
- Propose ideas for improvements and additional features for products.
- Plan to implement requirements, writing documents describing product features (user flow, concept, wireframe, specs).
- Work with UI/UX Designer to perfect UI Design for the product.
- Work directly with DEV and Tester to ensure products are deployed as required and completed on time.
- High energy and a desire to work in a results-oriented, fast-growth company that never lost its start-up spirit.
- Familiar with Agile methodologies.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication skills, written and verbal.
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
