**What this job involves**:
Main Purpose
Responsible for implementing and monitoring Environmental, Health, and Safety programs and policies. Manage compliance with all local environment health and safety regulations and monitor 3rd party contractors’ compliance.
Responsible for the service delivery in integrated facilities management, projects, occupancy planning, and strategic sourcing
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- 5+ years’ HSE experience within the facilities management industry.
- 3+ years’ experience managing country facility portfolios
- Ability to work with diversity and hence communicate effectively with diverse group of people.
- Understand the necessity for confidentiality.
- Independent, resourceful, motivated and enthusiastic.
Key responsibilities
Contractual Compliance Auditing
- Undertake regional HSE, CEM and client generated compliance reviews at a site/FM level.
- Ensure teams are meeting our contractual and legal responsibilities as per JLL and client requirements.
- Conduct site specific audits to measure compliance with procedures and determine corrective action
- Undertake training of facilities management staff on site to be able to perform their HSE compliance tasks.
- Actively assist FM / Site Lead teams to identify and close out any non-conformance issues identified across the accounts.
Client Service Delivery
- Ensure consistent service delivery across all sites in line with current facilities management framework.
- As required, conduct minuted EH&S meetings with the client and account staff using teleconference facilities where required.
- Review all incident reports and initiate and take the lead in investigations when required.
- Where required take incident control of CEM related matters. Acting as client interface and FM support until closure of the incident report.
Contractor Performance Measurement and Management
- Develop efficient processes and procedures to allow regional facilities management staff to monitor contractors to ensure they meet compliance requirements.
- Monitor contractor performance by conducting contractor audits and reviewing JSAs.
- Staff Training & Technical Support
- Actively assist all facilities management staff in achieving contractual compliance through regular on site meetings and teleconferences.
- Develop and deliver regional training programs on latest industry practice or legislation.
- In conjunction with the JLL EOS team develop Policy Statements and Operating Procedures to ensure consistent service delivery and adherence to contractual and legislative responsibilities.
- Provide specialist advice on compliance issues as required.
Energy & Sustainability
- Have knowledge about global recycling, sustainability, and conservation programs that integrate interface with geographies, key vendors, and employees into a holistic energy strategy
