- Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and industry trend assessments to support internal strategic initiatives.
- Develop and execute business plans aligned with company goals.
- Identify and help implement business transformation initiatives and process improvements.
- Analyse internal data and external research findings to generate actionable insights.
- Undertake relevant research and write reports or presentations of findings for senior management.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure successful delivery of projects.
- Navigate ambiguity and operate effectively in dynamic, evolving business contexts.

- Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, business, STEM, or engineering preferred.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical ability, with proven quantitative and technical skills.
- Strong business acumen, with the ability to connect research and analysis to practical execution.
- Strong data management and research skills, with attention to detail.
- Exceptional writing and verbal communication skills, in both Vietnamese and English preferred, Japanese is a plus.
- Mature and poised, able to work directly with senior stakeholders and executives.
- Ability to perform under pressure amid tight deadlines, effectively prioritise and plan.
- Strong presentation skills, able to communicate findings clearly to different audiences.
