Sr Logistics Analyst- **Experience Level**:Professional- **Job Type**:Regular- **Location**:Hanoi, VN, 84- **Requisition ID**:9651Responsibilities / Accountabilities:
Lead in process setup and maintenance of subcon import/export of materials, equipment, tools and other production related item-Provide & drive solutions for materials & equipment inbound/outbound of Vietnam to support production and business needs-Manage subcon daily logistics incoming & outgoing shipment and ensure on time delivery of all shipment to internal and external customers-Setup and maintenance of subcon warehousing process & requirement including the handling of inventory process flow, transactions and accuracy-Set up and manage B2B system interface & hardware at Subcon and ensure timely data entry and accuracy-Ensure compliance to internal and external inventory audits and country custom regulations-Conduct inventory cycle counting monthly/ quarterly-Lead in assigned projects with cross functional team to improve processes and productivity-Support cost savings projects with lowest cost transportationRequirements-Bachelor Degree in Logistic and supply chain management or equivalent qualifications with 8 years logistics and or warehouse experience in international/semiconductor industries-Good knowledge and experience in Vietnam import/export and regulation-Strong analytical skills, process oriented-Knowledge of SAP system preferred-Fluent in spoken & written English-Independent with minimum supervision & self-driven- --
