**Job description**:
Mô tả công việc:

- Phát triển và nâng cấp các ứng dụng Video Contact Center trên Mobile & Tablet Android & IOS bằng Native React, Native sử dụng SDK bản quyền có sẵn.
- Phối hợp với bộ phận phát triển sản phẩm, thiết kế luồng nghiệp vụ người dùng; đề xuất giải pháp phát triển ứng dụng.
- Quản lý và hỗ trợ thành viên dự án về giải pháp kỹ thuật.
- Đóng góp ý kiến để làm cho ứng dụng tốt hơn và dễ sử dụng hơn.
- Hiểu sản phẩm, không ngừng tối ưu hóa hiệu suất, xác định và khắc phục sự cố, cải thiện độ ổn định và trải nghiệm người dùng.
- Nghiên cứu và áp dụng các công nghệ mới vào dự án.

**Your skills and experience**:
Yêu cầu công việc:

- Tốt nghiệp Cao Đẳng - Đại Học chuyên ngành công nghệ thông tin hoặc các chuyên ngành liên quan hoặc có chứng chỉ lập trình viên.
- Có ít nhất 1 năm kinh nghiệm trong lập trình phát triển mobile (Android/iOS, React Native, Flutter)
- Có kinh nghiệm phát triển phía Server side (REST API services, microservices)
- Có kinh nghiệm cải tiến performance ứng dụng là một lợi thế, khả năng tư duy tốt
- Nắm vững các kiến thức lập trình cơ bản
- Nắm vững Lập trình hướng đối tượng, lập trình CSDL, CTDL
- Kỹ năng giao tiếp tốt
