**Job responsibilities**:

- Help with the design and implementation of a robust and scalable trading system, including monitoring and alerting systems.
- Identify potential points of failure, performance bottlenecks, and areas for optimization within the trading system.
- Refine and improve existing market-making strategies for Boros.
- Conduct research and analysis to identify new trading opportunities and strategies.
- Work closely with co-founders and engineers to align trading strategies with the overall priorities.
- Communicate technical concepts and trading performance clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Proactively identify and address potential risks and challenges.
