**Responsibilities**:

- **Lead Generation**: Utilize WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook, blogs, and other digital platforms to generate and nurture leads of international students interested in studying in the USA.
- **Community Building**: Create and manage online communities focused on international students in WhatsApp groups, Facebook groups, and other social media platforms, fostering engagement and support among potential students.
- **Social Media Outreach**: Proactively engage with students on social media channels (Instagram, Facebook, etc.), responding to inquiries, sharing valuable content, and directing them toward resources related to studying in the USA.
- **Content Sharing**: Post regular updates, articles, and relevant content to keep the community engaged and informed about study opportunities, scholarships, visa processes, and life in the USA.
- **Campaign Management**: Develop and implement lead generation campaigns and strategies across social media and blogs to attract and engage international students.
- **Analytics and Reporting**: Track and analyze the performance of lead generation efforts, providing insights and reports on conversion rates, engagement, and growth.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with the marketing team to align messaging and campaigns with overall marketing strategies to maximize lead-generation efforts.
- **Community Moderation**: Manage and moderate social media groups and communities to ensure discussions are relevant, on-topic, and valuable to members while addressing questions and resolving issues in a timely manner.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in lead generation, social media management, or community building, preferably in the education sector or related fields.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms (WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook) and experience in creating and managing groups/communities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and build relationships with international students.
- Experience using digital tools and CRM systems for managing and tracking leads.
- Creative, proactive, and able to work independently to achieve lead generation goals.
- Passionate about education and helping international students succeed in studying abroad.

Pay: 2,000,000₫ - 9,000,000₫ per month
