**This position is expected to start in January or February 2025**
**_ Specific duties:_**
- ** Business Strategies**:Collaborate with the TM Concrete Manager and Branch Manager to develop targeted business strategies for specific market segments.
- ** Sales Planning**:Assist the TM Concrete Manager in developing and implementing monthly, quarterly, annual, and 3-year sales budgets.
- ** Operational Performance**:Monitor and manage operational activities to meet sales, profit, and market share goals.
- ** Market Coverage**:Increase market penetration and coverage.
- ** Accounts Receivable**:Support the Accounts Department in managing accounts receivable.
- ** Staffing and Training**:Ensure the Sales Department is fully staffed with qualified personnel who are well-trained and motivated to work collaboratively.
- ** Expense Management**:Control expenses to maximize profitability and growth.
- ** General Duties**:Perform other tasks as assigned by the TM Concrete Manager and North Area Manager.
**Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction/Building Materials or related fields
- ** Proven leadership and team management experience within a sales environment in the construction materials/concrete admixture industry**:
- Strong strategic thinking and the ability to drive market growth.
- Excellent customer relationship management skills with a focus on long-term partnerships.
- Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively across multiple teams.
- Adaptability and a commitment to fostering a positive, innovative culture.
- Fluency in English and Vietnamese.
