**Job description**:
**ABOUT THE JOB**:
As a **Senior Technical Business Analyst**within NAB, you'll engage with stakeholders to shape and break down initiatives for Agile Engineering squads, while managing prioritization of user stories with Product Owners and User Experience Teams.

**YOUR RESPONSIBILITY**:

- Work with different team/ business unit such as security, architect; Work with data team to build dashboard
- Provide reporting to executive leader
- Leading Business improvement, transformation projects
- Elicit requirements so when there are business changes, be able to know what is required business do differently and standardize the process
- Having set of skills: Data analyst, reporting (no need advance level because having person is working on data reporting)
- Be able to grasp what business wants to reach the GAP of business and transfer to respective teams
- Produce relevant documentation and keep them timely updated and transparent with the team
- Communicate iteration priorities, feature sets, roadmaps, and customer feedback to a variety of different stakeholders and executives
- Engage and discuss with the client on the status of a project, as well as constantly ensure our clients' requirements are understood by the team
- Assess existing processes to identify redesign or enhancement opportunities to deliver improved productivity or efficiency to the business
- Support and review the testing scenarios, test data and defects verification throughout the delivery
- Represent the project team at workshops, presentations, showcases, and other meetings as appropriate, ensuring any decisions made are communicated back to the engineering team

**Your skills and experience**:
**Must have**
- ** At least 7 years** of experience as a Technical Business Analyst with highly developed Technical Analysis skills
- **Excellent English communication** skills (both verbal & written) and strong Presentation capabilities;
- Good Project management skills, transformation skills
- Very good critical thinking, “dare to speak up”, provide consulting to business
- Advanced skills in using suitable tools for business modelling, drawing business and technical flows/diagrams, creating mock-ups /wireframes/prototypes, etc.
- Good skill in Elicitation and Requirement analysis & documentation with a high-level focus on details
- Hands-on experience in influencing and collaborating with internal stakeholders such as Product Owners, Solution Designers and Architects
- **Working knowledge of technical concepts (e.g. user interfaces, API, databases system integration) and dealing with technical stakeholders**:

- Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills, with detail-oriented mindset
- Experience with Agile methodology, especially **Scrum framework**:

- Experience in the UI/UX or understanding of user-centric mindset

**Nice to have**
- Have basic knowledge of cloud-based technologies (Amazon Web Services is preferred)
- Experience or knowledge of BABOK® Knowledge Areas is a plus
- Bachelor's Degree, preferably in IT/Engineer, Business Information System, Computer Science or related areas
- Experience in the Banking or Financial Services industry (preferred)
- Any additional certification or training in BA, PO, UX, or related area (e.g. PSPO, CSPO, CBAP) (preferred)
