Contribute to the definition and driving of alignment on the vision and direction of the game's design.
- Take the lead in designing and developing the game's storylines, mechanics, progression systems, rewards, monetization schemes, and any other components connected to game design.
- Work with various departments (such as art, user experience, engineering, product, and quality assurance) in order to launch new game features and make certain that they adhere to a stringent quality standard.
- Adjust the game's mechanics and make sure the economy is well-balanced so that players have the most enjoyment and are rewarded for their continued participation.
- Educate the team on the industry's best practices for game design, and serve as a mentor to the other designers working on the project.
- Incorporate quantitative and qualitative data from players to inform game designs.

BSc degree in IT/Technology/Design or related majors At least 5+ years of experience designing, balancing, and tuning complex games with a significant number of daily active users Expertise in playing, designing, balancing, and managing economics for 4X/RTS (such as Game of War, Rise of Kingdoms, and Clash of Clans), as well as Social Simulation games (e.g. Animal Crossing, Stardew Valley).
