**Job description**:
**ABOUT THE JOB**
- Leading efforts to automate infrastructure provisioning across the Asia region. This includes collaborating with other engineering teams on cross-functional architectures and delivering highly automated infrastructure systems. Responsibilities span from infrastructure setup to monitoring, networking, platform and network security, predictive analytics, and containerization—focusing on a low-touch, code-centric environment. Collaboration with development teams and external partners to drive automation initiatives is expected.
- Serving as an escalation point for the Operations Center regarding advanced technologies, and supporting the Application Integration team with design and engineering issues.
- Working with various internal infrastructure teams to identify and automate processes that can benefit from improved efficiency.
- Creating, maintaining, and sharing technical documentation and knowledge across the team and other local business units.

**ABOUT YOU**
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or a related field.
- **Over 3 years** of hands-on **experience** in software development (languages such as **Kotlin**, React, Node.js, Python, Go).
- More than 2 years of experience using **Terraform** or similar infrastructure-as-code tools in a production environment.
- Hand-on experience with **cloud platforms** (e.g., Azure, AWS, GCP, Alibaba).
- Experience managing **Kubernetes** in a production setting.
- Experience with **CI/CD** tools such as Jenkins, Rundeck, or Bamboo.
- Working with Linux systems (especially RHEL and its variants).
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting abilities.
- Proficiency in designing and architecting scalable systems using efficient, simplified design patterns.
- Advanced skills in scripting languages (e.g., Python, Perl, Ruby, Go, Shell).
- Experience working within Agile frameworks.
- In-depth knowledge of container technologies and associated tooling and challenges.
- Excellent documentation abilities and a knack for sharing knowledge effectively.
