Experienced Paraplanner

We’re looking for an experienced Paraplanner to join our team and help us deliver clear, engaging, and high-quality financial advice to clients. In this role, you’ll be hands-on in preparing advice documents, managing investment administration, and helping create seamless client experience from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities

- Draft Statements of Advice (SOAs), Records of Advice (ROAs), Portfolio Reviews, Cashflow Projections, and Investment Strategies
- Manage client onboarding, including documentation preparation and coordination with external providers
- Conduct research on financial products, services, and strategy options
- Support advice implementation and liaise with product and service providers
- Assist advisers with meeting preparation, client communication, and follow-up tasks
- Maintain accurate and compliant client files and records
- Build and maintain positive client relationships, attending meetings when required

About You

- Proven experience as a Paraplanner within the Australian financial advice industry
- Strong understanding of financial planning strategies, compliance, and regulatory requirements
- High attention to detail and commitment to producing quality, compliant advice documents
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently
- Well-organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities
