**Mô tả công việc**: (Mức lương: Thỏa thuận) JOB SCOPE & CORE DELIVERABLES Provide information for identifying efficiencies, problem areas, and possible improvements: - Performing Sales Trend Analysis: Centralized location to view data, real-time sales data updates & data visualization, drill-down by territory/ product type/ Store type and channel. - Sales Metrics: Ensure Accuracy and control master data, provides insights via Sales Metrics observation, show number of lead customers created in this period. RESPONSIBILITIES - WHAT DOES SUCCESS LOOK LIKE? - Estimating and forecasting sales over future periods based on the historical data, awareness on the market trends, and perform additional analysis. - Identify the volume to stock-up from different data sources and different aspects enable to optimize "Freshness"; Perform analysis to identify slow-moving inventory. - Analyze seasonal orders by SKUs to determine which items have excess or insufficient quantity levels Manage and control all promotion activities of Sales Dept. - Need to identify data sources, the variables or deviations that are relevant to sales metrics. - Mining data to evaluate the performance of sales team against its goals. - Collect and analyze data to evaluate existing and potential distributors/customers, markets, products, and business opportunities. - Preparing graphs/ charts and visuals helping your presentation actionable and easily viewing; Create recommendations for improving sales performance (if any) - Handling to documentary, Incentive calculation, Notification... etc. - Develop and maintain data models, dashboards, and reports to monitor key performance indicators. **Chức vụ**: Nhân viên/Chuyên viên **Hình thức làm việc**: Toàn thời gian **Quyền lợi được hưởng**: Competitive salary Premium healthcare for employee and family 15 days full paid leave a year **Yêu cầu bằng cấp (tối thiểu)**: Đại Học **Yêu cầu công việc**: SKILLS & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS 1. Requirements - Bachelor's degree in computer science, Statistics, Economics or related fields - 3 years of experience as a Data Analyst or equivalent - Highly skilled in Excel and Google Sheets, data manipulation and analysis using SQL - Proficient in Quick-sight data visualization tool. Knowledge of other data visualization tools such as Power BI and other visualization tools is an advantage. - Having knowledge and experience in building and managing Big Data is an advantage - Responsible and commitment toward assigned tasks - Ability to work independently and with cross-functional teams. - Proficient in organizing data scientifically for long-term use, developing and optimizing the ability to work independently and with cross-functional teams. 2. Skills - Proficient in analysing and deploying reports on Power BI and DWH tools (SAP BW, Azure, SQL, Power Query...). - Proficient in Google Sheet, MS Excel (especially Excel formulas) - Logical thinking and data analysis skills. - Strong communication and presentation skills. - Projection and forecasting skills. - Organized, dynamic, pro-active, self-driven, result-and solution oriented. - Autonomous and teamwork, team spirit. **Yêu cầu giới tính**: Nam/Nữ **Ngành nghề**: CNTT - Phần Mềm,Data Analytics,Kinh Doanh/Bán Hàng,Nghiên Cứu Thị Trường Đại Học Không yêu cầu
