**Responsibilities**:
**_Operating Structure _**
- To work with Business for establishment of target operating flow.
- Review relevant SOPs, merged entity's SOP are included for proposal of changes to ensure a smooth integration after the Infrastructure Support period.

**_Policy Standardization & Alignment_**
- Policy standardization to align well with related processes, the standardization covers from new acquisition, adding of supplementary cards, credit limit increase initiated by the bank to other management actions post credit approval step.
- Jointly study to propose which market/country the Credit Decision Engine should be mirrored from.
- Join in UAT of the development for Credit Decision Engine/unsecured module in system.
- Coordinate for issues in relation to cap plan, resource in periodic review (eg. Budget) or upon ad hoc request by PMO/HR or line manager.

**_Others_**
- Coordinate the creation of new users/access rights and maintenance of existing user/access to UOB systems.
- To provide training of related process and system to assigned underwriters in due course.
- Handle ad hoc assignment given by line manager.

**Job Requirements**
- Relevant experience in Retail Credit areas for more than 3 years, especially in underwriting of Retail Lending products.
- Good understanding about retail credit risk policy and retail credit system.
- Preferred working experience in project management
- Good interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills.
