**OBJECTIVES**:
We are looking for a Business Development Director to drive growth for the company by identifying profitable business opportunities, through direct sales and strategic partnerships, and developing long-term business growth strategies. You will be the leader of our dynamic business development team, together making a huge impact on the sustainable growth of PMAX.

**JOB DESCRIPTION**:
**Strategy & Planning**:
- Drive business growth by identifying opportunities, tracking new markets, and building sustainable client relationships.
- Establish strategies and policies to expand the presence of PMAX as well as our products/solutions and sustaining growth.
- Liaise with the Growth/Marketing Director to make sure business plans are in line with the company growth strategy.
- Set ambitious goals and implement action plans to achieve the set goals.
- Monitor market trends and make adjustments in terms of strategy and planning where necessary.
**Team establishment & management**:
- Oversee the interviewing, recruitment, and training of qualified personnel to ensure an effective workforce.
- Assign segments, scopes, and set targets for business development managers.
- Design & implement sales incentive schemes in order to drive sales performance.
**Business development**:
- Identify and approach potential strategic clients to offer them company products/solutions.
- Develop or supervise the development and optimization of the sales pitches as well as other sales materials.
- Conduct or lead the negotiations to determine contract terms and ensure profitable deals.
**Performance management**:
- Supervise and direct the day-to-day operation of the business development team.
- Monitor the activities of business development managers to ensure compliance with set standards and procedures for operation.
- Manage the strategic partnership with other companies to leverage on their network.
- Analyze existing approaches to business development and recommend changes as may be required.
**Cross-functional collaboration**:
- Oversee the development and implementation of marketing materials and tools to support sales performance.
- Collaborate with company top executives to set business objectives and development goals.
- Coordinate with the CX team to set and enforce customer service standards to ensure clients are satisfied with received products/solutions.
- Work with all other cross-functional teams to improve efficiency and build long-term growth.
**JOB REQUIREMENTS**:

Must have
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field and 2+ years experience in the role or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Proven business development or sales experience with a minimum of 1 year in the B2B field.
- Exceptional leadership and management skills.
- Strong partnership and client service mindset, act toward win-win-win situations.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and research skills.
- Effective communication and negotiation skills.
- Sufficient business acumen with strong influencing, persuading, and project management skills.
