JOB SUMMARY:
Management, Problem solving, communication and coordination
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND AUTHORITIES:
Manage the equipment : Machine, Fixture, Tool.
Ensure quipment readiness Analysis failure mode.
Safety, Quality Improvement.
Support production line and do improvement, Pokayoke Create.
Work instruction, re-action plan.
Preventive maintenance plan and validation.
Ensure important test machines in good working condition.
Training Teachinician.
Provide technical advice and resolve M&E technical issues on site.
Prepare reports to the manager on progress, delays, defects and rectification measures for the ME works.

REQUIREMENTS
Education
Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, mechanical engineering or related field.
Experience
Minimum 3 years of experience in maintenance or a related field.

Project management
Manage ME works to meet project specifications, budgets and timeline.
Continuous improvement
Other Abilities:

Communication & organization skill
Fluent in reading and written English, good spoken English is preferred
