**Job description**:
**Team Leadership**:

- Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of UI/UX designers.
- Foster a culture of creativity, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the design team.

**Design Strategy**:

- Define and implement the UI/UX vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with business goals.
- Stay updated with industry trends, tools, and best practices to ensure innovative designs.

**User-Centered Design**:

- Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing to understand user needs and pain points.
- Translate research findings into wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.

**Collaboration**:

- Work closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless implementation of designs.
- Advocate for user-centered design principles across the organization.

**Design Execution**:

- Maintain and evolve design systems, style guides, and component libraries for consistency across products.

**Metrics and Analysis**:

- Define UX success metrics and analyze data to measure the effectiveness of designs.
- Continuously optimize designs based on user feedback and analytics.

**Your skills and experience**:

- **Education**: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or a related field.
- **Experience**:

- 5 years of experience in UI/UX design, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record of delivering successful digital products.
- **Tools and Technologies**:

- Expertise in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.
- Familiarity with prototyping tools and usability testing software.
- Understanding of front-end development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.

**Skills & Competencies**:

- Strong portfolio showcasing a range of UI/UX projects.
- Exceptional problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills to convey design concepts to stakeholders.
- Strong understanding of responsive and adaptive design principles.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
