- Oversees and manages the Mulesoft platform. Has overall accountability for the maintenance of the platform, ensuring required availability and support levels are achieved.
- Troubleshoot production issues. Communicating and collaborating with various stakeholders ensuring correct, effective on-time implementation of Integration solutions.
- Creating reusable artifacts, standards, templates, guidelines, and patterns to be used by other team members. Ensuring the standards, guidelines, code quality criteria are met in every phase of delivery.
- Contribute to the management and tracking of technical risks and ensuring the non-functional requirements are being captured and met Leading the team and technical deliverables.
Mentoring and enabling team members in delivering the project effectively.
Develop and maintain effective working relationships with team members.

**Yêu cầu công việc**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Mathematics, or related fields.
- Having at least 5-7 years experience in web development, including 2 years in the role of Technical Lead.
- Experience in any backend language, Java is a plus.
- Understanding of integration and API design patterns and best practices.
- Experience with MySQL/MSSQL, Rest/SOAP APIs.
- Experience with data transformation involving Common Message Models, including XML, JSON, CSV,
- Experience with unit tests.
- Experienced in managing major incidents, troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and working under pressure. Ability to have analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Experience with code versioning, packaging, provisioning, configuration as code, logging, and monitoring, CI/CD
- Proficient with GIT and GIT workflows.
- Experience with Agile development methodologies
- Verbal communication and writing with clients in English

The following is considered highly advantageous:

- Experience in Mulesoft platform or loco-platform in integration operation
