We are looking for someone ready to lead GDS’s Data Analytic Team. The team will work two part, the first part is reporting on business operation with focus on dashboard and business analysis, the second part is developing advanced machine learning products and supporting key business initiatives with a focus on game users and game performance, platform data such as: churn prediction, recommendation system, fraud/anomaly detection, user segmentation, user’s LTV etc.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Manage a team of data scientist and data analysts (4-6 members)
- In charge of BI/BA reporting for business operation/analytic
- In charge of developing POC and deploying model into production as well as AB testing
- Analyze and improve existing data sources, models, strategies and metrics
- Keep the whole team updated with current open source tools and research community for data science as well as state of the art approach
- Provide mentorship to team member

**Yêu cầu**:

- Master/PhD degree in Computer Science, Data Science or a relevant field of studies.
- At least 5+ years experience in data analytics, and data science
- Experience with model development and model deployment into production
- Deep understanding and knowledge of Machine/Statistical Learning
- Experience with open-source machine learning libraries such as scikit-learn, distributed/parallel big data processing architecture (e.g., Hadoop, Spark, MLlib) and deep learning framework (e.g. Pytorch, Tensorflow, Jax)
- Experience with Reinforcement Learning, NLP is a plus
- Strong leadership, business-minded and effective communication with leadership, tech and business teams
