**Mô tả công việc**:

Campaign Planning & Implementation:

- Triển khai các kênh truyền thông in-app trong các campaign, hoạt động daily/ weekly/ monthly.
- Hỗ trợ triển khai các kế hoạch marketing cho tính năng/ sản phẩm mới, hoạt động retention.
- Hỗ trợ lên kế hoạch, quản lý, triển khai hoạt động marketing và vận hành các sản phẩm phụ (Hoàn tiền, Sản phẩm kết hợp với đối tác,...).
- Hỗ trợ sản xuất content cho các marketing campaign hoặc các hoạt động truyền thông khác.

Product Research:

- Nghiên cứu, cập nhật thông tin về sản phẩm và đối thủ cạnh tranh.

Key Metrics Analysis:

- Theo dõi, phân tích và báo cáo các chỉ số liên quan tới công việc đảm nhiệm.

Nhiệm vụ khác:

- Thực hiện các công việc khác theo phân công của Quản lý trực tiếp.

**Yêu cầu bằng cấp (tối thiểu)**: Trung cấp - Nghề

**Yêu cầu công việc**:

- Là sinh viên năm 2, năm 3 hoặc đầu năm 4.
- Có khả năng phân tích, tư duy logic tốt.
- Kỹ năng sử dụng tin học văn phòng tốt.
- Cẩn thận, tỉ mỉ trong công việc.
- Tinh thần làm việc đội nhóm, có trách nhiệm cao và chủ động trong công việc.
- Ham học hỏi, thích thử nghiệm cái mới, luôn nâng cao năng lực bản thân.

Ưu tiên
- Ứng viên có kiến thức/ quan tâm tới các sản phẩm tài chính (đặc biệt trong ngành chứng khoán).
- Sinh viên chuyên ngành Tài chính/ Ngân hàng/ Marketing/ Quản trị kinh doanh,...
- Có thể lên văn phòng ít nhất 7 buổi/tuần, ưu tiên ca làm việc buổi chiều
