**JOB DESCRIPTION**
- **Project Planning and Execution**: Assist in the planning, execution, and closing of projects. Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
- **Team Coordination**: Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project execution. Facilitate communication and collaboration among team members.
- **Stakeholder Management**: Maintain effective communication with stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status, risks, and issues.
- **Documentation**: Prepare and maintain project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and meeting minutes.
- **Risk Management**: Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
- **Quality Assurance**: Ensure that project deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations.
- **Unit Building**: Contribute to the establishment of the new IT unit, including developing team culture, recruiting and onboarding new team members, and supporting overall unit development.

**Your skills and experience**:

- **Experience**: Approximately 2 years of experience as a Project Manager in the IT industry.
- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in IT, Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.
- **Certifications**: Project Management certification (e.g., PMP, CAPM) is a plus.
- **Skills**:

- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in project management tools and software.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- **Dynamic Mindset**: Adaptable, proactive, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- **Languages**:

- **English**: Proficiency in English is mandatory.
- **Korean**: Proficiency in Korean is a plus.
