They have invested in China, Vietnam, Malaysia and Singapore. In Vietnam, they are accelerating their footprint. This position will start off in the business development team and be groomed to take over branch activities.

**The Challenges**
- You will identify and evaluate business opportunities and prepare sales action plans in line with sales strategies
- You will hunt for new business leads and convert sales pipelines
- You manage existing and establish new accounts while acting as a competent relationship manager
- You will actively participate in strategic business and product development and their placement on the market
- Work in close cooperation with the local team of experts you monitor and monitor the quality of processes and services provided thus ensuring the highest level of service excellence

**What It Takes**
- Minimum 3 years of experience in freight forwarding/logistics field
- Good profound knowledge of Air, Ocean and Land freight Import/Export
- Entrepreneur and have a goal-driven and solution-oriented mindset
- You think outside the box and can deal with complex situations
- Excellent communication, negotiation, interpersonal and leadership skills
