The Opportunity

Marvell’s Central Engineering Team is seeking an analog layout designer to support the development of analog IP products at Ho Chi Minh city, district 7 design center.

Job Responsibilities:

- As a layout design engineer, you will work on the cutting-edge technology developing the IPs for both internal and external customers.
- Perform physical layout for mixed-signal design like high speed ADC, PLL's, Bandgap Voltage Reference, LDO, in deep sub-micron CMOS technologies using Cadence or Synopsys tools.
- Closely working with circuit designer across different countries.
- Responsible for floor planning, custom layout and verifying against design rules and schematics.
- Mentoring junior layout engineers.

**Requirements**:

- Typically requires more than 3~5 years of experience in analog/mixed-signal layout design of deep sub-micron CMOS circuits.
- Experience implementing analog layouts to achieve tight matching, low noise, and low power consumption. Layouts may include analog blocks, resistors, capacitors, pad IOs, ESD structures, etc.
- Must understand techniques for managing IR drop, electro migration, self heating and coupling capacitance
- Have experience with analog and DFM best practices, and proactively work with circuit designer to identify the best approach to solving problems.
- High level proficiency in interpretation of CALIBRE DRC, ERC, LVS, etc. Reports.
- Independent with strong analytical skills, creative thinking and self-motivated.
- Good learning competency, self-motivated, and ability to work in diverse areas in a flexible and dynamic environment.
- Good communication skills
- Knowledge of CADENCE Virtuoso Layout or Synopsys layout tools.
