**Scope of work**:

- Planning, managing and executing Social Content Plan annually, quarterly and monthly of all social media channels. (Fanpage, communities, Tiktok )
- Working closely with other teams (Creative, SEO, Design, Digital Ads ) to plan and execute social media plans, KPIs on social media
- Coordinate with the Digital ads team to optimize content
- Making periodic reports biweekly/monthly, quarterlyon the effectiveness of social channels
- Responsible for quality of all content communicated on social media channels
- Monitoring and implementing media KPIs on views, reach, engagement, likes for each company’s campaign to ensure sales effectiveness
- Monitoring users’ engagement and feedback as well as growing users across social media channels
- Provides leadership and guidance for social content team about best practices such as content publishing guidelines, KPI benchmarks, and channel growth strategies
- Main KPIs: Volume (lượng likes fanpage, lượng talk about); Reach (organic reach, paid reach); Engagement (tổng engagement, tỉ lệ engagement); Conversion rate (tỉ lệ đơn hàng có được từ social)

**Requirement**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Economics or related major
- **From 3 years equivalent experience of social media**:

- **At least 1 year of same position**:

- Basic English communication skill, Good English reading comprehension and writing skill
- Understanding of the edtech, blockchain and crypto industry is a plus (not a must).
