Japanese Sales Department Manager - District 7

Company: 100% Japanese-owned enterprise

Work location: District 7, Ho Chi Minh City

Position: Sales Staff / Sales Manager (Contract-based Manufacturing Sector)

**Job Description**:
Responsible for business development and management in the contract manufacturing field (customized processing and production).

Conduct internal sales activities related to in-house manufacturing (component processing, casting, assembly).

Negotiate with clients in Japan, Europe, the U.S., and across Asia (both new and existing customers).

Handle front-line operations such as preparing quotations, price negotiations, and adjusting delivery schedules.

Coordinate, instruct, and manage progress together with local staff.

Report directly to the Branch Director in Vietnam or the supervisor at the company’s Japan headquarters.

**Requirements**:
Age: 28 - 45

Gender: No preference

Languages: Japanese and English (Business level or higher)

Preferred qualifications:
・Experience in sales within the manufacturing industry

・Knowledge of component processing, casting, or assembly fields

・Experience in management or proven leadership ability

・Background working for a trading company

Working Conditions:
Employment type: Direct local employment (contract with the Vietnam legal entity)

Working hours: Monday - Friday, 7:30 AM - 4:30 PM (with lunch break)

Days off: Public holidays as per Vietnamese regulations; work one Saturday per month
