- Greet clients and visitors
- Assist with a variety of administrative tasks including copying, faxing, taking notes and make travel booking
- Answering, forwarding, and screening phone calls
- Maintain reception area and all common areas
- Receive deliveries; sort and distribute incoming mail
- Company car arrangement, contact with vendor for Car rental process for staff on business as request
- Monitor, order suppliers and distributing office equipment (uniform, gift, stationary, telephone card,) by following procedures
- Assist and maintain the administration activities assigned

**Yêu cầu công việc**:

- College / Bachelordegree or equivalent in Business Administration, or related majors
- From 1 years working experience in the same position
- Ability in spoken and written English
- Ability to deal with both internal and external clients, suppliers, vendors
- Knowledge of administration/ office secretary
- In-depth understanding of office management procedures and departmental and legal policies
- Organizational skills
- Communication skills & Attention to detail
