**Take ownership for delivering complex projects**

As a Well Systems Lead Mechanical Engineer - Project, you will play a vital role in leading the creation of systems and solutions that fulfil both the business and technical needs of our customers. You’ll be able to learn and evolve in an innovative environment, have the autonomy to make key decisions, solve problems and provide technical guidance to our regional team. You will also be responsible for:

- Executing design, analysis, or evaluation of assigned individual and team projects using sound engineering principles and adhering to business standards.
- Providing technical leadership to Mechanical Product engineering team and coordinate with Analysis, Material and other engineering groups supporting the assigned project.
- Planning and executing the design of high performance pressure control products - interfacing with customers to determine design requirements, performing design, analysis, and verification tasks.
- Formulating and implementing plans to meet technical requirements, schedules and contract commitments of assigned components and systems.
- Engagement with relevant stakeholders (internal and external) developing and maintaining effective relationships/partnerships to meet project deliverables
- Focusing on On-Time Delivery (OTD), whilst providing high quality engineering solutions, right first-time principles philosophy

**Fuel your passion**

To be successful in this role you will need to:

- Have Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering/Design Engineering with 10+ years of subsea package engineering experience
- Have demonstrated experience of collaborating with cross-functional teams in a global-matrix environment to deliver complex technical projects and solutions
- Have strong communication and presentation skills to articulate technical information in a clear and concise manner in English
- Be a motivated self-starter, team player and multi-tasking, proactively taking the initiative to lead and solve problems, able to work under high pressure.
- Have knowledge of Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing ANSI Y14.5M (GD&T)
- Be knowledgeable of applicable codes and standards (such as related API, ASME, etc.) and general material types, coating types, welding, manufacturing techniques, corrosion protection, and NDE.
