Customer Installations Engineer

- Implement installation at customers'site
- Support Sale department in technical solutions, design and budget expense
- Manage and maintain installed assets at customers' site and assets of CI in storage. Training and dealing with technical problems for customers

**How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?**:
**1. Design and implement installation at customers' site**
- Design when requested by sale department. Conduct survey for design, prepare drawing, technical documents and budget expense for project as customers' requirement and AL's standard.
- Check installation system at customer's site, technique and art as progress, operation training for customers
- Consult about new system for customers
- Create checklists and buy equipment for projects
- Report and set plan, activities, training results and installation-relating information to customers. Report on-storage equipment (at the end of month and year). Update IMS standard and Group's documents.
- Report project close after completing

**2. Manage and maintain equipment at customer's site**
- Set annual plans for purchasing parts and replacement
- Set checking, testing and maintaining plans for equipment at customers' site
- Implement plans, record and update maintenance task
- Keep track and manage equipment, replacement on storage. Ensure that replacements are always ready
- Report activities, results and relating information of equipment maintenance (at the end of months and years)

**3. Other tasks as required**
- Cooperate with colleagues to complete their own task and help them when needed
- Involve in company's culture improvement through activities, which create an efficient working environment (time management, hygiene, dress code...)
- Involve in other tasks of the company as required

- Laborious person, team work spirit.
- Having B2 driving license.(is preferable)
- At least 2 years of working experience with project or related post
- University degree with major in Mechanical Engineering/Mechanics/Machinery and Industrial equipment Chemical Faculty
- Ability to work in a team environment, mature minded as well as able to work independently with initiative.
