**Mô tả công việc**:
(Mức lương: Thỏa thuận)
- Welcome guests and perform all check-in and check-out tasks;
- Welcome guests upon their arrival and assign rooms;
- Respond to guest complaints in a timely and professional manner;
- Liaise with Housekeeping department to ensure all rooms are clean, tidy and fully-furnished to accommodate guests’ needs;
- Upsell room and services, when appropriate;
- Maintain updated records of bookings and payments.

- Bachelor’s degree in hotel management or related field;
- Experience in hotel operations is a plus;
- Customer service mindset;
- Communication and computer skill;
- Good English communication both written and oral.
