**An Influencer Planning Manager will focus on developing the influencer plans, focusing on selection, trending tactics, performance metrics, and timelines to maximize the outcome. You will be the voice of AnyMind, pitching strategies to clients, highlighting how influencer choices can bring result.**:
**What You Will Do**:
**Campaign Planning & Strategy**:

- Lead influencer selection strategy development, collaborating with Account, Planning, Creative, and Creator Growth teams to align with client goals and target audiences.
- Create a framework for identifying and vetting influencers across platforms to ensure strong brand alignment.
- Develop influencer plans with a focus on selection, trending tactics, performance metrics, and timelines to maximize results.
- Present and pitch influencer strategies to clients, highlighting how influencer choices will drive success, and clearly outlining KPIs and success measures.
- Collaborate with strategic planning and creative teams to ensure influencer efforts align with overall campaign objectives.
- Stay updated on industry trends to continuously refine strategies and identify new opportunities.

**Cross-Functional Collaboration**:

- Work with planning, project management, influencer management, and creative teams for seamless campaign execution.
- Collaborate with influencer management to research, propose influencer lists, prepare quotations, and optimize KPIs for client campaigns.
- Provide performance reporting with actionable insights to enhance future campaigns.
- Ensure influencer plans support broader business goals and deliver measurable results.

**Team Management**:

- Coach and train team members to enhance productivity and proposal & campaign quality.
- Foster a collaborative, results-driven team culture, encouraging accountability and professional growth.

**Who You Are**:

- Bachelor's Degree is required
- At least 5 years of experience in an advertising agency; with at least 3 years in a social outreach/influencer planning role.
- Strong understanding of influencer marketing trends, platforms (FB, TikTok, IG, YouTube, etc.), and social media metrics.
- Proven track record of developing successful influencer strategies and managing end-to-end campaigns.
- Excellent communication, and presentation with experience in client-facing roles.
- Strong analytical skills to assess influencer performance and campaign ROI.
- Good command of English
- Self-starter, fast learner with a can-do spirit
- Experience in managing teams of the same size (3 - 5 members)
- Social-savvy with a keen ability to research and identify new trends and influencers across platforms.
- Strong network of influencer connections is a major advantage.
