Overview:

- E-Commerce business management with planning & execution, work close with 3rd party to implement strategy & ensure sale target, A&M budget, Margin/ ROI follow company objectives.
- Organized Trade (OT) Executive who is a developer and builds business from scratch to success. As position responsibility, OTE must work across functions to deliver target, increase market share in new doors.
- Agility & Growth Mindset: Open to challenges and new projects and Adaptability to business growth requirements.

**Responsibilities**:
Report to: OT Channel & Category Development Manager

**E-Commerce business management**:

- In-charge Sales & Marketing for E-com business, maintain & ensure business growth as company strategy
- Explore and diversify SKUs listing in the marketplace, understand consumer behaviors to build stronger portfolio.
- Manage 3rd party & work close to build E-com strategy, marketplace to focus, consumer insight by channel.
- Build & execution Sale & Marketing plan by monthly, quarterly campaign, seasonal, etc. and drive sale volume, GMV.
- Ensure operation including sales tracking & follow up PO with Customers & SO, closely corporate with LD&T, FIN to follow delivery, payment, etc.
- Enhance Brand’s awareness and visibility by campaign, ensure appearance of PepsiCo Foods suitable & follow with campaign & plan & consumers.
- Understand & implement Tactics to drive & increase traffic to stores by ads, promotion, etc. increase the ROAS of marketplace.
- Understand & analyze the key metrics of the marketplace, build solutions to drive & increase as monthly strategy, sale target Sales, ROI report & action plan to CCDM, OTL & Regional team.
- Working closely with regional team for e-commerce best practices & case study sharing, analyze and build Vietnam’s market for growth & suitable.
- A&M Spending Tracking vs Budget of E-com to guarantee payment on time for Sponsor Packages to Platform.
- Explore consumer behaviors by channel and find new ways to reach consumers by channel such as livestream, affiliate, etc.
- Manage & report key competitors in the marketplace with case study or lesson learned. store.

**Organized Trade (OT) Executive**:

- Manage & work close with assigned customers including approach, negotiation, communication and execution, monitor & manage the contract.
- Product portfolio management by channel/ customers including measurable suitable SKUs by customers, propose new listing, SKUs performances, planning promo & merchandising, stocks management, etc.
- Support Sales & Marketing in tracking shopper behavior and analyzing market trends for new and competitive products.
- Co-ordinate with CCD, MKT & Sales to develop POSM, TOT, promotion gift, in store media, market materials, etc. to increase brand presence in point of sale.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships, understand customers & propose tailored strategies and solutions.
- Work across functions to ensure all operation & commitment with assigned customers.
- Identify and evaluate new business opportunities to increase sales, manage & support new customers from onboarding to success, including system support, payment, operations, etc.

**Agility & Continuous Improvement**:

- Monitor & control Ecom budgets (D&A and A&M) and support other Channel Development business projects.
- Take on additional tasks & projects assigned by the line manager, demonstrating flexibility and a growth mindset.

Qualifications:

- University graduation in Economics, Commerce, or related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in the field of Trade Marketing/ Organized Trade/ E-Commerce.
- Good analytical and data processing skills in sales and trade marketing management.
- Design skill (AI, PTS), High creativity and passionate person.
- Above average oral & written communication skills in English & Vietnamese.
- Open minded, willing to work, thinking out of box.
- Confident and articulate communicator capable of inspiring strong collaboration.
- Ability to manage simultaneous projects and meet deadlines.
- Business results oriented, ability to manage budget.
