**ABOUT THE ROLE**

The Global Product Manager is responsible for the execution of product roadmap, from conception to launch and optimization.

**Responsibilities**
- Align with founders on the product roadmap.
- Benchmark leading solutions and new features / technology aligned with our product strategy.
- Align with medical board on practionners needs.
- Build user group to validate main pain points.
- Create product feature UX/UI.
- Write and update product specifications.
- Be responsible for engineering handover and product backlog prioritization.
- Define UAT and unit test with QA team.
- Test and improve on user feedback.
- Improve product analytics to support data-driven product optimization decision
- Run A/B testing

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering or any relevant field.
- 8+ years of experience in a mobile product management role.
- Familiarity with one or more mobile app development frameworks.
- Proven track record of successful product launches.
- Strong understanding of mobile industry trends, best practices, and user experience.
- Excellent collaborative, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
- Experience in digital health & wellness is a plus.
